Qualifications

Experience

  • Previous employment in a sales representative role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
  • A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one—in Property & Casualty.

Skills

  • Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Knowledge

  • Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
  • Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base

Education

  • High School Degree or GED with relevant sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Lexington, KY 40503: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
